- Before Work Begins: If a client requests cancellation before we start working on their project, a full refund will be processed.
- Within 7 Days of Payment (Before Service Execution): If services have not yet been delivered, clients may request a partial refund (minus administrative fees).
- After Services Have Commenced: Once work has started, refunds are not applicable, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If Digi SEO Firm fails to deliver agreed-upon services without justifiable cause, a refund may be considered after internal review.

- Ongoing Projects: Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Prepaid Packages: Prepaid or discounted packages cannot be canceled mid-term. However, clients may choose not to renew once the current term is complete.
- Automatic Renewals: If a service is set to auto-renew, clients must notify Digi SEO Firm at least 7 days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with our services:

- We may offer additional services, revisions, or alternative solutions in place of a refund.
